License Agreement
This license governs the use of every logo offered free of charge on logodrop.co. It is a binding agreement between you and Odyste, the designer and rights holder. By downloading, copying, or using a free logo, you accept these terms.
What you may do
Odyste grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use the free logos, including for commercial purposes. Specifically, you may:
Use a logo in personal and commercial projects.
Use a logo in paid client work and for brands you do not own yourself.
Use a logo in templates, themes, applications, and other products that you sell, provided the logo is not the principal value of that product.
Modify, recolour, scale, and adapt a logo to suit your project.
Use a logo in print, digital, and physical applications, worldwide and without time limit.
Use a logo without crediting Odyste or Logodrop.
What you may not do
Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the logo files as a standalone asset, whether individually or as part of a collection.
Include the logos in a logo library, marketplace, template store, asset pack, logo generator, or any comparable service that competes with Logodrop.
Register a free logo, or a mark that is confusingly similar to it, as a trademark or any other industrial property right
Claim authorship of a logo or present yourself as its designer.
Use a logo in a way that is unlawful, or in connection with hate speech, harassment, or material that a reasonable person would consider defamatory or obscene.
Ownership
Free logos remain the intellectual property of Odyste. This license grants you a right of use only; it does not transfer ownership or any exclusivity. The same logo is available to any number of other users, who may use it at the same time and in the same way you do. Because free logos are not exclusive, they are generally unsuitable as the primary trademark of a brand you intend to protect. If you require exclusivity, see the Exclusive Logo License.
Attribution
No attribution is required. Credit to Odyste or logodrop.co is welcome but entirely voluntary, and giving or withholding it has no effect on your rights under this license.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Every logo published on Logodrop is designed by hand by Odyste, without the use of generative AI. Odyste does not, however, warrant that a logo is free from conflict with existing trademarks, company names, logos, or other protected works, in any industry or jurisdiction.
Before using a logo, it is your sole responsibility to check that it does not conflict with existing rights in the industry, territory, and application in which you intend to use it, and to obtain professional legal advice where appropriate. Free logos are non-exclusive and may not be registered as a trademark under this license (Section 2).
Odyste is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where Odyste has expressly given a guarantee.
In cases of simple negligence, Odyste is liable only for the breach of an essential contractual duty. Essential contractual duties are those that characterise this agreement and on whose fulfilment you may reasonably rely. In such cases, liability is limited to the damage that is foreseeable and typical for an agreement of this kind. Any liability beyond this is excluded. In particular, Odyste is not liable for claims brought by third parties in connection with your use of a logo. Any use in breach of this license, including any attempt to register a free logo as a trademark, is undertaken entirely at your own risk and outside the scope of any right granted here.
Term and termination
This license takes effect when you download or first use a logo and continues indefinitely. It terminates automatically if you materially breach Section 2. On termination you must stop using the affected logo and remove it from any material within your control, as far as this is reasonably possible. Uses that were lawful before termination remain lawful.
Changes to this license
Odyste may update this license at any time. Any change applies only to logos downloaded or purchased after the updated version takes effect. Your rights to logos obtained under an earlier version of this license remain unaffected. The version number and date at the top of this document identify the applicable version.
Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. If any provision of this license is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
